The simple answer to this question is there is no one sexual position guaranteed to make a woman climax (wouldn’t it be great if there was!).  Everyone’s body is different. A position that rocks one woman’s world, may leave another woman feeling completely unfulfilled.

Different positions may bring new sensations to your sex life. Consider comfort, positions that allow lots of movement, penetration and stimulation, and the time you have to have sex.

Here are some positions to consider:

Woman on Top- This position is prime for clitoral stimulation and g-spot stimulation.  Try leaning your torso forward, arching your back and keeping your clitoris near the base of your partner’s penis.  Being on top can also assist in g-spot orgasm.  Try leaning back on your hands or sitting for this type of stimulation.

Woman Sitting – This position allows for more g-spot stimulation

Missionary Position – Sure, this is a more conventional position, but it allows for physical closeness. Also, mixing things up a bit can be very rewarding.   Try changing the movement of your or your partners’ hips for deeper penetration, the height of your hips for angles that can lead to new sensations.  Your man can also close his legs once inside of you to increase clitoral stimulation.

Doggy Style – This position is great for g-spot orgasm.  Try lowering your shoulders and arching your back to alter the angle of penetration and ultimately stimulate the g-spot.

Side-by-Side – If long sessions really help you to orgasm, then this is the position for you.  Side-by-side limits motion and can make sex last longer.   You can face each other or spoon. Adjusting your body can create many different angles to stimulate the clitoris or g-spot.

Other tips:

Get out of your old routine.  Have sex outside of the bedroom, for example. This can be very exciting and can ultimately assist in reaching orgasm.

Use your hands whenever you can.

Be comfortable. Before you try out any of these positions, you need to feel comfortable with both your partner and your own body.  Take some time to discuss what each of you find enjoyable. Then explore the possibilities and have fun!
